Membership dues are $10 a month ($120 annually).

Yes you can. The cost of these programs are independent of the annual dues. You will have to pay the sitting or entrance fees, but you will not be eligible to vote, hold office or serve on a committee unless you pay your dues. For example, the cost to attend the 2023 business meeting and dinner and dance is $100. If you have not paid your dues you can still pay the $100 and attend the functions, you jest will not be able to vote, hold office or serve on a committee.
